Customer arrives to test drive the vehicle they have selected on-line.
Upon the successful test drive, the customer returns the car to the dedicated Smart Path test drive return lane.
Customer enters the showroom via a dedicated entry door to complete the sale at a dedicated SmartPath sales station.
After the sale is completed, the customer moves to the new car delivery area for new vehicle orientation, receives the car, and is ready to go!
